At Marie's Timeless Petals, we create stunning flower arrangements for all occasions, using only the highest quality, hand-picked blooms to ensure every piece looks and feels real.

Appointments can be made via email or telephone to discuss your wedding flowers or funeral flowers, to make sure you get exactly what you want on your special or sad day

Orders : once we have received your order it will be made up usually the same day or the next day depending on stock

Orders will be posted out the same day the order is complete or delivered personally if local,

You have 14 days to return the goods at the cost of the customer, unless the goods are damaged, then the postage will be paid in full once the returned item has been received, you can either have a replacement or money back

Returned orders must be in the same condition as posted and in same packaging, unless packaging was damaged through the post, so make sure the parcel is open very carefully

The aim is to always deliver excellent service to all customers, but in the event of any issues please contact us via email or using messaging services on the website or giving us a ring on telephone number provided, and we will always do the up most to correct any errors

The customer is fully responsible for the address given but in the case of any mistakes made, make sure you get In touch ASAP so it can be rectified.
